How does the free trial work?+
Create your account with your email and your own password, verify your email, then add a card through secure checkout. Your seven days start when checkout completes. Edit and publish with $2 (200 credits) of AI usage. Then pay $49.95 USD/month plus applicable tax, with $5 (500 credits) per paid month. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. One trial per account.
How do I sign in or reset my password?+
Go to tint-7.com/login and use the email and password you registered with. Closing checkout or changing browsers does not lose your account. Choose “Forgot password?” to receive a secure link and set a new password. Check your spam folder if an email is missing, or contact support@tint-7.com.
Will I receive receipts and invoices?+
Yes. We email a confirmation when your trial starts, a reminder before it ends, and a receipt for each paid monthly invoice. Receipts and downloadable invoice PDFs are also available in Billing. We email you if a payment needs attention and confirm cancellation when you stop renewal.
What website address do I get?+
Your plan includes your chosen business.tint-7.com address with hosting and HTTPS. You can also connect a domain you already own, with SSL included and guided DNS instructions for your provider, or buy a standard .com domain through Tint-7 for $30 USD per year plus applicable tax; we register it to you, connect it and set up HTTPS automatically. Neither is needed to publish your website or start your trial.
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. Start with a template, enter your business details and use the editor to make changes. AI can help with supported changes; you review the result before publishing.
What happens when I edit my website?+
Changes save to a draft. Your published website stays online while you work. Preview the result and publish when you’re ready.
What is included with AI?+
Your trial includes $2 (200 credits) of AI usage, which expires at trial end. Each paid monthly period includes $5 (500 credits). Unused monthly credits expire at period end. Purchased top-ups carry forward. The demonstrations on this page use no credits.
What emails will I receive?+
Account verification, password recovery, trial updates, payment receipts and billing notices go to your account email. Website enquiries are saved in your dashboard and sent to your configured contact email. Custom-domain email forwarding is not available yet.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel in Billing before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge; your website stays online through trial end. Once paying monthly, cancellation stops renewal and your website stays online through the paid period. You can still sign in and access Billing afterward.
