Standard, non-premium .com domains cost $30 per registration year, plus applicable tax. Other extensions and premium domains are excluded. The $49.95 monthly website subscription is a separate purchase.

Registration and ownership

You are the registrant. Use accurate, verified contact details and keep them current. Privacy protection is applied where available. Registration is subject to availability and the AWS Domain Name Registration Agreement and applicable registrar policies, including registrant rights and responsibilities.

We collect payment before requesting registration. A payment or pending request does not establish ownership: registration must be confirmed by the registrar. Confirmed registration failures are refunded. Uncertain results are investigated before any repeat request or refund.

Renewal

With renewal enabled, we send a notice 46 days before expiry and attempt the $30 renewal payment 30 days before expiry, at least 16 days after the confirmed notice. Successful payment authorises one additional registration year. Failed payments receive reminders immediately, three days later and six days later. Without payment we do not buy another year; your existing paid term continues to its expiry. Registrar auto-renew is disabled for customer domains.

You can turn renewal off in Settings. Collection date and registrar expiry are shown separately. Registrar expiry, restoration fees and eventual release follow registrar rules; there is no Tint-7 seven-day domain release policy.

Moving your domain

You retain domain and transfer controls after cancelling hosting. Transfer eligibility depends on registrar locks and policies, including restrictions after registration or certain contact changes. Transfer preparation requires your confirmation. Existing DNS and email records are preserved; check replacement routing before changing them.

Included forwarding

An eligible monthly website subscription includes up to five incoming email addresses, each forwarding to one verified external inbox. Messages including attachments may total up to 10 MB. This provides incoming forwarding, not a mailbox or outgoing custom-address email. Replacing existing MX records requires your confirmation. Temporary message bodies are removed after processing and retained for no more than seven days.

Missed website payments

Payment warnings are sent on days 0, 3 and 6 to your verified external owner email. Website and forwarding suspension occurs no earlier than day 7 and 24 hours after the third confirmed send, subject to a fresh unpaid check. The website is archived seven days after suspension and its content becomes eligible for cleanup after 90 days. Login, billing, domain ownership and recovery controls remain available. Payment restores retained content and forwarding unless a separate staff hold applies.
